Cyphr

Seven words are stacked in a pyramid, each letter replaced by a number under one shared code. Letters are guessed tile by tile from the top down, and correct ones turn green while keeping their number visible. Up to 26 wrong guesses are allowed; hard mode hides the numbers, and a practice round is available.
