Trilogy

Each puzzle shows a word on either side of a blank; the hidden middle word must form a compound word or common phrase with both neighbours, as in BACK, GROUND, WATER. Each level allows three guesses, levels get harder through the daily run, and three shared lifelines each reveal a random letter.
